Parker Kligerman, through a tie breaker, has won the final Camping World Truck Series pole of the 2012 season at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

With a lap of 31.986 seconds and 168.824 mph, Kligerman tied the young driver of Kyle Larson for the top position in qualifying. Due to the No.7 team’s higher position in owner’s points, Kligerman will lead the field to the green flag Friday night in the season finale Ford EcoBoost 200.Kyle Larson will start in second position due to losing the tie breaker and Ty Dillon, the third place driver in points, will start third. Nelson Piquet Jr. qualified in fourth and Cale Gale rounds out the top five starters.

Point leader James Buescher will start in the 17th position. Second place in points, Timothy Peters, will start in 14th. Buescher leads Peters by 11 points into the final race and Dillon by 12 points.

To clinch a championship, a finish of 7th or better with no laps led, 8th or better with one lap led, or 9th or better with the most laps led will give Buescher the Camping World Truck Series championship no matter what his competitors do. If he fails to do this, the title is open to all contenders.

Mike Harmon and Sean Corr did not qualify into the race.
